Returns

All returns of parts, clothing, or accesories must be accompanied with a receipt within 30 days of purchase.  Bicycle returns are allowed if the bike is within the current model year, within 7 days of purchase, in new (show-room worthy) condition, and subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Electric Bike Labor Rates and Refusals

The introduction of Electric Bicycles to the consumer market has created new complications for bike shop owners. Some products blur the line between bicycle and moped, or sometimes even motorcycle. The larger market and our business are still sorting out where that line lies and how best to deal with an ever-change consumer demand. To date, we only work on Class 1, 2, and 3 eBikes that have a nominal motor output of 500W or less. Due to the increased engineering complexity, there are sometimes higher labor rates associated with work done to electric bicycles.

We reserve the right to refuse service on any machine based on an educated determination of our ability to ensure rider safety. If, for any reason, we cannot do work on your eBike, we will do our best to point you to a shop that can.
